Description

The PAC Group is seeking a proven and dynamic sales leader to be the Sales Manager for our conveyor systems product line in the United States. This position will be Part-Time and home-based but will require extensive travel throughout the territory.

Requirements: 

The Sales Manager (SM) contributes to company success by developing leads, establishing productive customer relationships, building and maintaining sales agent relationships, and closing business to achieve targeted sales goals. Sales Managers demonstrate an entrepreneurial and positive attitude combined with the appropriate technical and inter-personal skills. They are a motivated, self-starter, with a strong desire to achieve personal and professional growth. The SM will have a selling approach to customer projects and be comfortable working in a selling environment in support of closing business.

Specific responsibilities include:
•15+ years of prior working experience in a sales manager role within conveyor systems sales experience.
•Be knowledge of and competent in all conveyor terminology and function.
•Stay abreast of new technology, market developments, appropriate standards, and competitor offerings and keep current on trends from both market and technical standpoints.
•Develop, maintain and execute a Regional Account Plan.
•Maintain a prospect-customer data base. Promote & sell conveyor equipment.
•Work closely with customers to ensure the company is meeting all goals & objectives towards customer satisfaction.
•Attend training sessions and company meetings as required.
•Work cross-functionally across the enterprise to identify key influencers, define gaps in products or services, and develop and implement the necessary tools to capitalize on opportunities.
•Adaptable and open to change regarding customer solutions and internal company business plans.
•Ability to identify customer needs and match requirements with company solutions and services.

Prequalification:
•15+ years proven conveyor systems sales experience
•Bachelor’s Degree (Engineering/Technical preferred) or equivalent related experience and/or training
