Primavera 6 - Planner/Scheduler

Responsibilities: 

The PAC Group is seeking Primavera 6 - Planner/ Scheduler to join its US operations. Prior experience in coordinating the activities within the overall project, timely completion using a disciplined planning process and assuring that a high-quality project result is achieved. Familiarity with processes, procedures, required timing and deliverables necessary for facilities construction and/or equipment installations and project launch management.

Requirements: 

Desired Skills and Experience
•8+ years of prior working experience in a project management role within construction / manufacturing / production-oriented environment.
•Prior experience in coordinating the activities within the overall project, timely completion using a disciplined planning process, and assuring that a high-quality project result is achieved.
•Comprehensive understanding of processes, procedures, required timing and deliverables necessary for facilities modifications, creation of interfaces with utilities, and preparation for machinery & equipment installations.
•Experience in implementing and executing Program Controls, Contractor & Project Management for renovation of Buildings and hook-ups for Utilities.
•Ability to coordinate the program milestone dates with the facilities/installation schedule & communicate effectively (visually and verbally) with client team.
•Capability and background of successfully interfacing with M&E vendors, skilled trades and managing the logistics of on-time delivery & installation.
•History of excellence in preparing accurate reporting for clients.
•Very strong knowledge of tracking and managing scope, timing, project integration, cost, risk, procurement and resources.
•Project Management Professionals desired.
•Ability to multi-task.
•Pro-active and positive characteristics in dealing with colleagues & clients.
•Analytical thinking.
•Self-motivation to ensure excellent work product.
•Process-driven approach to solving consulting challenges.
•Sound computing skills in MS Office, Microsoft Project and Outlook.
•Flexible working hours & ability to work on a variety of customer sites.
