Mark Palmer

DIRECTOR - PROJECT MANAGEMENT IMPLEMENTATION

Mark Palmer is a skillful project management professional with more than 25 years of experience in developing, implementing and managing effective program management controls for smooth project execution.  He is a veteran on the PAC team, possessing wide-ranging experience in manufacturing, facilities, equipment, construction and product development projects. 

 

He has executed assignments across the globe for PAC, including in Argentina, Brazil, Canada, China, India, Mexico, Russia, the United States and in Uzbekistan.  In his role as Director of Program Management Implementation, Mark is accountable to be one of the first individuals reporting to the site to set up the project management foundation for our most time-critical and complex projects.

 

He is fluent in his native English language, and also speaks Portuguese.  He has been with PAC since 1986.
