Expanding Our Footprint in KAEC
PAC Industrial Services is deepening its investment in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia through a new MOU with MASARAT Mobility Park, signed during the 2025 Public Investment Fund (PIF) Conference. This milestone sets the stage for our latest facility in King Abdullah Economic City (KAEC), designed to deliver critical support for OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers entering or expanding in the region. Our upcoming Workshop and Logistics Center will provide shared, high-capability services including major equipment repair, offsite rebuilds, tool repair and calibration, fabrication, machining, and supplier part rework. The facility will also enable JIT logistics, kitting, and sequencing operations to streamline supply chain performance. Built to serve multiple clients within the automotive cluster, this center strengthens PAC’s role as a trusted industrial partner in Saudi Arabia’s fast-growing mobility ecosystem.

In collaboration with Himmah Project Group, PAC has launched a dedicated service line to support manufacturers entering and operating in emerging markets—starting with KSA. Shaping the Future of Saudi’s EV Supply Chain
At the EV Auto Show in Riyadh, PAC COO Shah Firoozi joined a keynote panel exploring how to attract Tier 1 suppliers and strengthen the EV value chain in Saudi Arabia. The discussion focused on building an ecosystem beyond OEMs to create a sustainable, competitive EV industry. PAC’s leadership in this space underscores our strategic role in advancing localization, supplier readiness, and infrastructure development aligned with Vision 2030.
Phil Johnston brings decades of global automotive experience to his role as Director of PAC Industrial Services. Prior to joining PAC, Phil held senior engineering and operations roles with Mercedes-Benz, Toyota, General Motors, and BAIC-China. His international career spans leadership in three Greenfield plant startups across three countries, along with key support roles in additional global launches.
Phil has lived and worked in China, Thailand, Canada, the U.S., Germany, and Singapore—developing deep expertise in Stamping, Body, Paint, Assembly, Maintenance, Facilities, and Supply Base Optimization across both Manufacturing Engineering and Operations.
At PAC, Phil has led teams on major global programs, including a CKD program launch in South Asia, an industrialization project in the Southeastern U.S., an assembly plant retooling initiative in India, and supply chain and logistics optimization efforts. He also played a key role in the strategic planning and formation of PAC Industrial Services in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
